20 Years of Dedication to Robocon and the Journey to Success

With a history spanning over two decades, Robocon Vietnam has witnessed the growth and maturation  of generations of passionate Vietnamese students, driven by a love for technology and robotics.

Twenty years ago, on the Robocon battlefield, team BKCBG1 from Hanoi University of Science and Technology made history by  winning  a resounding championship title. It was not only a triumph of intellect but also a celebration of teamwork, passion, and the desire to conquer technology.

Riding on the success of the Robocon competition, the BKCBG1 members  resolved to pursue their technological dream together by founding a mechanical engineering enterprise—an area of competence  that had led them to victory.

The intense days of designing and building robots remain vivid in the minds of the Robocon 2025 champions. They started out small, with little prior knowledge,but they kept learning  and improving to build robots that were both stable and efficient, key factors that helped them secure the Robocon Vietnam 2005 title and the “Impression Award” at ABU Robocon 2025 in Japan.

But it wasn’t just the championship title that bonded the team—it was the countless memories of living and breathing robotics together. After their victory, the team realized they wanted more than a trophy; they wanted to forge   a strong, cohesive  collective, committed to achieving greater success  in their future endeavors.

 Now, more than 20 years since their Robocon adventure began, the members have remained together, nurturing and expanding their business. They have built a solid community that is united not just in their professional lives but also in their relationships and bonds. The former Robocon teammates have become trusted colleagues, transforming what they learned in school and through competition into  top-notch manufacturing plants and workshops that satisfy both local and foreign clients' exacting requirements.
