14 million health insurance cards given for free in Q1
VTV.vn - In this first quarter of 2019, 36.69 million people used health insurance cards for medical examinations and treatment, according to statistics provided by Vietnam Social Insurance.
Also in the first quarter, about 14 million free health insurance cards and medical examination books were given for free to policy beneficiaries nationwide.
Specifically, residents living in islands of Khanh Hoa Province also received support from the State budget for their health insurance payments. The amount is up to 43,000 US dollars.
