Covering a total area of nearly 1,000 sq.m in Nai Hien Dong Ward, the sports space includes a basketball court, a badminton court, a pickleball court, and many modern facilities and equipment.
The project aims to create a venue for local youth to practice sports and improve physical health, while serving as ideal place for the community to enhance communication, and improve their cultural and spiritual life.
The construction is the second of its kind to be launched under the Vietnam Youth Federation’s project on building youth sports spaces, following the first one in Thanh Hoa Province.
Three similar spaces will be put into operation in Can Tho City, Bac Giang Province and Ho Chi Minh City this October.
The project targets to build 16 sports spaces in the 2024-2026 period.
