Vietnam's rice terraces in Nat Geo top photo entries

The photo, taken by photographer Nguyen Quynh Anh, depicts the aerial landscape of terrace fields at the beginning of new season. Local H’Mong people are crossing the fields on their way home at the end of the working day.

The winner of the contest will receive 10 thousand USD and be invited to attend the National Geographic's photography conference slated for early next year in Washington DC.
