Republic of Korea ratifies FTA with Vietnam
VTV.vn - South Korean news agency Yonhap have reported that the country’s National Assembly approved the free trade agreement with Vietnam on Monday together with FTAs with New Zealand and China.
According to the South Korea - Vietnam FTA which was signed back in May, Vietnam will remove import duties on 89.9% of all products from South Korea over a 15-year period following its implementation.
The Koreans will offer reciprocal tariff reductions on 95.4% of all products imported from Vietnam.
