One of the issues that many delegates were concerned about and discussed at the conference was the coordination of the union with the management of VTV departments and sections to ensure the safety of the production and broadcasting system.

In a very short time, the lecturers from the union's Executive Committee made an effort to convey important contents of the recently concluded Congress of the Vietnamese Confederation of Labor, which helped the union officials to better understand and acquire additional skills in union activities. This training and experience sharing session also provided an opportunity for the union executive committee to listen to and take note of the opinions and contributions of unions from various units, while building general directions for activities and in-depth training contents that are suitable for the realities and requirements of the units. The organizers believe that after this training, trade union officials will understand and grasp the resolution of the 6th Congress and apply the methods, knowledge and experience gained in the process, contributing more actively to the workers' movement and building a more united and developed collective at Vietnam Television.
