Youth Month launched to promote younger generation’s vanguard role in community activities

Themed ‘Youth Volunteers for Community Life’, the Youth Month 2024 aims to promote the vanguard role, voluntary spirit, and creativity of younger generation in implementing social and community activities.

At the ceremony, the organising board presented gifts worth around 450 million, including two social houses for families of policy beneficiaries, 10 computers and scholarships to poor students, 400 gifts to disadvantaged children, and 2,000 book titles to schoolchildren.

Following the launch ceremony, participants at joined a tree-planting event in Phong Phu Commune. Youth across the country have registered to plant more than 3 million trees from February 16 to March 10.
