Vingroup, T&T propose to carry out railway projects in Hanoi

Vingroup registered to build metro line No. 5 and No. 2 while T&T Group will be involved in metro line No. 4. The two investors said that they would finance their own feasibility studies for the projects.

In case they do not become official investors of the projects, they would hand over their pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to the city government without any demand for payment. The government has asked Vietnam Railways and related ministries to look further into these proposals and give their opinions.
