Vietnamese rice exports to china increases
VTV.vn - According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, rice exports in the first 3 months of 2017 have decreased, however, rice exports to the Chinese market is still increasing.

During the first 3 months of 2017, Vietnam has exported 1.2 million tons of rice, with a total trade turnover of 570 million USD, a decrease of 18% in terms of quantity and 17% in terms of value compared to the same period in 2016. China continues to be the largest export market for Vietnamese rice, accounting for about 36% of the market share. Currently, Vietnamese rice costs about 350-355 USD per ton, 5 USD per ton lower than last week.
