This was according to a report by Market Watch. Wealth in Vietnam grew 210% between 2007 and 2017, and the country's wealth market is predicted to continue growing another 200% in the next 10 years.
This figure has put Vietnam on the top of the list, while China saw the second most growth over the past 10 years in the world. There are at least 200 ultra high net worth individuals in Vietnam.
The country has rapidly become appealing to foreigners. The Vietnamese coastal city of Đà Nẵng also for the first time in 2018 earned a spot on the list of the 10 best places to live overseas.
