VTV.vn - The US DOC announced its determination regarding the 13th administrative review of the anti-dumping case on Vietnamese tra fish fillets, which were imported from Vietnam between August 1st 2015 and July 31st 2016.

According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on September 13th announced its determination regarding the 13th administrative review of the anti-dumping case on Vietnamese tra fish fillets, which were imported from Vietnam between August 1st 2015 and July 31st 2016.

The DOC announced a duty rate of 2.39 US dollars per kilogram, three times higher than the previous review. This is the first time that the revised determination of the DOC has lacked legal basis and ignored all previous regulations. On behalf of Vietnam's tra fish exporters and producers, VASEP has voiced its objection to the unfair determination of the DOC and has requested the DOC revise its data to come up with a more reasonable tariff rate for Vietnamese companies.
