Vietnam express regret on German Trinh Xuan Thanh position

VTV.vn - In a press conference held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on August 3rd, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang has expressed Vietnam's regret over a German Ministry statement on August 2 about the case involving Trinh Xuan Thanh.

The spokeswoman said that according to a Ministry of Public Security and media report, Trinh Xuan Thanh turned himself in to police in Vietnam on July 31. She added that Vietnam always attaches importance to strategic partnership with Germany and wishes it to develop further.
