Victims of accident at sea still missing in Lao Cai

The border guards of the province have confirmed that 5 people have died and 4 have gone missing while swimming to shore after their ship's engine broke down. All 9 victims were delivering goods for an export company when the accident happened.

A press conference was held by Lào Cai Province's People's Committee today to announce information relating to the incident. About 50 border guards and locals are still searching for the missing victims, with the help of border guards from Yunnan Province, China.
