Transparent bidding for North South Expressway project

Investors from any country with sufficient experience, capability, and finance will be considered. This was confirmed by the representative of the Ministry of Transport at the first conference to call for private investment in the project's 2017 - 2020 period.

The selection for investors of the eight PPP projects will include two phases: international prequalification and bidding. The results of bidding will be announced in March, 2020, and the contract with the winner will be signed in April.

Total investment in the projects is over 5 billion US dollars. 2.35 billion US dollars are from the state budget for three public projects.
