The Return Day – Footprints of the Vietnamese: Recalling French prisons on stage

Stories about the prisoners in Guyane, France will be a part of The Return Day – Footprints of the Vietnamese (Vietnamese: Ngày Trở Về - Dấu chân người Việt). To retrieve this story, Foreign Department VTV4 paid a visit to Guyane in 2015. When the program is on air, their stories will be completely exposed to the audience.

Images of the prison in Guyane have been recreated on the stage on the last day filming of The Return Day – Footprints of the Vietnamese. With the use of curved screen and modern techniques, the wall, cells and bars of the prison reappeared very real and impressive.
