VTV.vn - 66 million workers in developing countries will lose their jobs in the coming years due to automation in the industrial revolution 4.0, according to the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development.

Southeast Asian nations are said to face the greatest risk. Due to this, experts have warned that these countries should change their workforce training strategies in order to better adapt to this revolution. Besides training, experts say that laborers should also be updated with the demands of the labor market. In addition, not just employees but employers, especially small and medium sized enterprises, need to improve their digital skills in order to utilize new technologies in their business activities.
