Tan Son Nhat airport expansion to be adjusted

The suggestion was made based on a previous plan approved by the PM earlier in April.

Specifically, the consulting firm has suggested the northern side of the airport be installed with ponds to create a green space. ADPI has also proposed to restructure the airfield away from the airport fence to ensure safety for landing activities, as well as to re-adjust the surrounding transportation network to prevent traffic jams outside the airport.
