The State President's visit and attendance at the forum is being made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and President of China, Xi Jinping. State President Tran Dai Quang's visit and attendance at the high-level forum aims to maintain the momentum of cooperation between the two countries'; increase political trust and bilateral cooperation in economics, trade and investment; and enhance Vietnam's investment attraction for Chinese businesses.
