The sell-off is predicted to raise 220 million USD in market value. The corporation plans to sell a more than 29.5% stake in Binh Minh Plastics, nearly 6% in FPT, 34.7% in Domesco and 37% in Tien Phong Plastics.
The offer will run for three weeks while with a price no less than the floor price at the date of the offering. The four companies have been listed on the stock market for over ten years, boast good revenues and strong growth and are expected to attract investors.
