He made the request at the opening ceremony of the training program for Vietnamese consultants in Hanoi yesterday. The program is part of a cooperation project between the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Samsung. The program is expected to last 2 years and aims to train 200 specialists. Supporting industries is one of the fields that the Vietnamese Government pays special attention to when it comes to development.
