Rice exports enjoy sharp increase in January

Continuing its success, since the beginning of 2018, many enterprises have gotten big orders, helping to increase domestic rice prices by 30%. Many foreign countries have also welcomed Vietnam's high-quality rice with higher prices, helping increase the country's rice prices by 20 - 30%.

The world's rice trade is also forecasted to increase by 1% and reach 42.3 tonnes, giving the country's rice sector the chance to continue its advantages and promote the Vietnamese rice brand worldwide.
