Real estate sector shows strong recovery
VTV.vn - The total GDP of the industrial and construction sector has increased by 7.12% over the past six months. This is despite Vietnam’s total GDP having slowed in the first half of the year.
As the real estate market continues to recover strongly, many households have been able to purchase new homes. The national average living area per person is now 22.3 square metres. This represents an increase of 0.3 square metres per person as compared to 2015. The reason behind this stark recovery is enhanced regulation and simplified legal procedures.
