Vietnam recorded the biggest improvement in the ASEAN region. The Power Accessibility Index is one of the five strong indicators that have helped Vietnam's business environment increase its ranking by 14 places.
This is the fourth year in a row that Vietnam's power accessibility has improved in terms of location and the second year with major reforms.
By the end of 2017, 100% of the electricity services provided by Electricity Vietnam could be registered online, which has improved the business environment and raised national competitiveness.
