Policies amendment to attract PPP investment

The PPP policy is intended to help ease the burden on the state budget, however, after two years of implementation in Vietnam, both the public and private sector face difficulties.

It will also increase project owner's ownership, deregistration of investment, and diversify legal sources of capital investing into PPPs. The ministry will continue to consult to develop the PPP Law and submit it to the National Assembly.
