PM orders urgent aid for flood victim
VTV.vn - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has instructed ministries and official agencies to mobilize all their personnel and resources to ensure the safety of and food for residents in flood-hit areas and minimize loss of life and property.
He also urged local authorities to immediately evacuate people from areas facing a high risk of flash floods and landslides. He also ordered them to ensure safe operation of hydropower and irrigation dams.
They have been instructed to mobilize personnel and resources to restore houses to a habitable state and clean up the environment to prevent epidemics.
