Phan Thiết Airport construction needs acceleration
VTV.vn - At a working session on Monday, Bình Thuận Province's authorities, the Ministry of Defense and the Military Commission of the Party Central Committee agreed that Phan Thiết Airport should begin operations as soon as possible.
Phan Thiết Airport is for both military and civil aviation and military units will be stationed at the airport. This will help enhance pilot training quality and allow the province to boost socio-economic development. Two months ago, Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc asked the province and state agencies to accelerate the construction of Phan Thiết Airport.
