Overseas Vietnamese interested in buying apartments for rent

VTV.vn - According to several real estate consultancies, they received a significant number of house purchasing requests from overseas Vietnamese based in Canada, the US, Australia and Europe during the Lunar New Year Holiday.

In addition to purchasing medium and high end apartments in Hanoi and HCMC to live in, many overseas Vietnamese are also interested in buying apartments to rent out.

According to statistics from banks, remittances in HCMC alone reached 5.2 billion USD in 2017, a 4.5% rise compared to the previous year.
