Nội Bài Airport increases customer service
VTV.vn - Nội Bài International Airport has increased the number of staff by 15% to serve customers during the run-up to the Tet holiday.
Five check-in counters have been added for customers with just hand luggage and there will be about 50 check-in counters in Halls A and B and 38 booths in Hall E.
The airport and customs have promised fast check-in and security procedures. Taxi firms have also made a commitment to serve customers at any time and to not increase prices.
