No contact with 28 offshore boats near Ca Mau

As of last night, contact has yet to be established with 28 offshore boats. Earlier, the Ca Mau Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Rescue had been able to contact 128 boats. Ca Mau, the southernmost province of the country, is continuing to monitor the development of the incoming tropical depression as previous forecasts have warned of its strong effects.
