New ASEAN Secretary General appointed
VTV.vn - The power delegation to the new ASEAN Secretary General Lim Jock Hoi took place at the headquarters of the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta, Indonesia yesterday.
The predecessor Le Luong Minh, Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi and representatives of international diplomatic attended the ceremony. On the same day, the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the ASEAN Secretariat held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new 16-floor office, which will be completed in two years.
