New agency to support HCM city's businesses

The operation will assign specialists and experts to provide consultations to investors and start-ups. Moreover, the agency will connect these parties with international partners and trade promotion agencies. Businesses will then have access to legal and financial assistance through the centre. This is HCMC's answer to concerns over the 2016 investment report, which stated that the city's stats on transparency, fair competition, dynamism, business support and regulatory convenience were in decline.
