Mechanism to attract intellectuals
VTV.vn - The Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Internal Affairs has recently submitted a draft of incentives to attract intellectuals and people with special abilities to work in Vietnam.
The initiative package for the first time is 2500 USD. Intellectuals will also receive monthly stipend of 700 USD to 1500 USD. Intellectuals participating in the city's projects can be awarded with a maximum bonus of over 43 thousand USD. Persons with special talents are also supported with houses or up to 50% of the cost of renting houses.
