Localities gain more autonomy over commercial cars

However, the sector is now facing emerging issues. Many cars without official contracts with Uber and Grab are using these applications to make profits. This has been causing unfair competition in the sector. The ministry will not provide anymore permits to new transport apps until localities say otherwise.
