Labour market sees positive signs in 1st quarter
VTV.vn - Vietnam's labour market in the 1st quarter of 2017 has witnessed positive signs, according to a report the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs released on Friday.

In particular, the number of employed labour increased by more than 74,000 compared to the same period of 2016. When set alongside last year's figure of the 4th quarter, unemployment rates for university-level labour decreased significantly. Nevertheless, the number of those of working age still in need of jobs increased slightly, by 1.82%. The number of waged earners also increased to 22.5 million people, up 0.76% year-on-year.
