At the meeting, The Prime Minister stressed that Vietnam highly appreciates the collaboration of Tokyo Gas with Vietnam Petro Gas Corporation in establishing a company to provide a fuel for the country.
He also said that Vietnam welcomed foreign investors in the sector's value chain as the country adopting a market-oriented model.
The Prime Minister also said Vietnam encouraged Japanese investors to promote green development and would create favourable conditions for them to invest in the country's energy sector, infrastructure, north-south rail way, divestment process and human resource training.
