Phu Quoc has officially put into operation stage 1 of their smart city plan and a smart city investment promotion workshop was held in Danang. In Hanoi, the seminar on solutions for smart cities was also held. Vietnam has started to apply solutions to develop smart cities, however, there are still many difficulties that need to be solved. This year also marks Vietnam's highest ever rank in creative innovation, at number 47, up 12 places compared to last year.
