Improved trade with Malaysia

Vietnam and Malaysia recorded two-way trade of nearly US$2.27 billion in the first quarter of 2017, a year-on-year increase of 39.7 percent, according to the Vietnamese Trade Office in Malaysia.

Vietnam exported computers, electronic products and spare parts and mobile phones and components in the first quarter Malaysian businesses have investment a total of more than US$12 billion in Vietnam, focusing on oil and gas, real estate, trade and tourism.
