The conference looked specifically at small businesses, fishing-related trades on shore, and tourism-related jobs. Experts concluded that some 70% of livelihoods have resumed normal operations. At the conference, delegates also focused on solutions related to redirecting occupations, creating new job prospects and increasing salary for the coastal population. In particular, plans to transform a number of sandy areas for agricultural production were discussed.
