Hydropower plant unexpectedly releases water

Several dozen houses have been badly damaged. According to affected residents, the release of water happened at 2am, taking many of their properties down. The incident also caused damage to National Road 34. The authorities of Bao Lam District have urged residents to move to safe places, and have mobilized forces to evacuate livestock in order to reduce losses.
