Ho Chi Minh City hosts int’l gastronomy festival

The annual food fair themed "The Journey of Taste" is featuring 100 booths in 7 categories, including international cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, street food, cuisine brands, beer, and entertainment.

A wide range of activities, including cooking demonstrations, talk shows on Lunar New Year dishes, bartender demonstrations, and traditional music performances were also held during the event. The festival will last until the end of this week.
