HCMC promotes use of mobile apps for public services
VTV.vn - Ho Chi Minh City has set itself 2 major goals: accomplishing adminsitrative reforms and becoming a smart city.
So it has been promoting the use of mobile applications to bring authorities and the public in closer contact. More in the following segment.
The city has also demanded the implementation of apps in specialised departments to ensure efficiency and transparency. These apps are considered to be the foundation for a future smart city.
