The four universities are Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Da Nang University of Technology, and the National University of Civil Engineering.
The certification will stay valid for 5 years. Established in 2013, the accreditation is issued by a member of European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education. The council provides an annual evaluation of around 50 training facilities and research institutions, 630 research units, 600 university training programmes and 300 master training programmes and 70 doctoral training programs.
