The total number of international visitors to the country over the past 9 months reached nearly 9.5 million, an increase of 28.4% on-year while domestic tourists reached around 60 million.
Total revenue from tourists topped 16 billion USD, an increase of 26.5% year on year. Besides direct flights from major airlines, many flights connecting Vietnam and other countries via Vietnamese, Singaporean and Thai airlines also helped make travel easier.
