Flood hinders relief work

In Phuoc Nghia Commune, Tuy Phuoc District, people have run out of food and clean water. Luckily, relief has arrived just in time to help those people who are struggling. For now, noodles and water are quite precious. Rescue teams have to use boats to access the flooded areas, with places as far as 10km away. There are still many households in Binh Dinh that await help.
