Farmers in Ha Giang fight cold weather

Ha Giang's local authorities have raised awareness among local farmers over how to keep their livestock warm. Local farmers in Yen Minh and Quan Ba district are doing to keep their livestock safe.

No livestock or poultry have died due to cold weather in Ha Giang Province since the onset of winter. But temperatures are likely to continue falling and snow could fall.
