VTV.vn - The UN Population Fund in Vietnam opened a photo exhibition on domestic migrants in Vietnam in Hanoi on Tuesday.

13 photo collections represent 13 stories about individuals and families moving from rural areas to urban areas to earn a living. Over the past five years, the country has seen 13 million people migrate domestically, accounting for 14% of the population. According to the UN Population Fund, migrants are estimated to have contributed to about 7% of the economic growth value each year. But this additional population has put pressure on traffic infrastructure and healthcare services in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
