Deputy Prime Minister meets partners at WEF

VTV.vn - Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue met numerous representatives of other countries during his attendance at the 48th World Economic Forum Deputy.

At the meeting with Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue highly appreciated her input on promoting financial inclusion.

He asked her, on behalf of the Netherlands and as the UN's Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development to help Vietnam gain support in implementing financial inclusion.

The deputy PM also met with Argentine Foreign Minister Jorge Faurie and expressed Vietnam's wish to further develop relations and promote bilateral co-operation. Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue also met with representatives of Unilever, Standard Chartered, Avaada and Puma.

He stressed that Vietnam will create favourable conditions for international investors to invest long-term in Vietnam and hope that more corporations will seek opportunities here.

On the sidelines of the conference, the Deputy PM also met with Guinean President Alpha Conde (Công đê) and International Labour Organisation General Director Guy Ryder.
