The Đà Nẵng - Quảng Ngãi Highway starts from Tuý Loan Village, Hoà Vang District, Đà Nẵng City and ends at Tam Thái Commune, Tam Kỳ City. The highway is 65 kilometers long, has four lanes with two emergency lanes, and will allow vehicles to travel at 120km per hour, reducing travel time between Đà Nẵng and Quảng Ngãi provinces by about 40 minutes. To travel on this highway, trucks of 18 tonnes or above and 40 foot containers will have to pay 16.72 US dollars per vehicle. Cars with 12 seats or below, trucks weighing under 2 tonnes and public buses will only have to pay 88 US cents.
