Cuban NA Chairman speech to legislature

Delivering the speech, NA Chairman Esteban Lazo Hernandez said it was an opportunity for him to express his gratitude to the Vietnamese government and people and the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Association for their support during the past 25 years.

He said Cuba would always appreciate the friendship with Vietnam. Vietnam National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said that Vietnam appreciated and would always remember the support of Cuba for Vietnam during the war as well as the friendship between the two countries.
