Construction procedures halved

Detailed planning review time has been reduced by 5 days, while the time limit for issuing construction permits has been reduced from 7-10 days, the time for checking and acceptance is 10-20 days lower than previously. The ministry has begun implementing information technology which will be used in permitting and licensing foreign contractors. The ministry wants to develop a transparent legal environment and create a favourable environment in order to attract domestic and foreign resources for socio-economic development.
